Synopsis: SRWare Iron is a web browser based on Chromium, which is the open-source project behind Google Chrome. By default, Iron sends out less information compared to Chrome (eg. creating a unique user ID or the submission of entries to Google to generate suggestions), which makes it potentially more private and secure in operation. Supports Chrome extensions and both official and unofficial themes.

Add adblock.ini to the "Iron" program folder to block malicious ad servers.
Writes settings to: Application folder.
How to extract: Download the "Portable" ZIP package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch IronPortable.exe.
Stealth [?]: No. It creates Local Settings/Temp/chrome_shutdown_ms.txt in the user profile folder, and a few Registry keys in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareChromium.
