ကိုကြီးဇော် ( မုန်တိုင်း )

              ကြန္ပ်ဳတာျပင္ေပးတဲ့သူေတြေတြ႕ရတဲ့ အႀကီးဆံုးဒုကၡက ပ်က္တဲ့ ကြန္ပ်ဳတာပိုင္ရွင္ရဲ့ ဘာျဖစ္လည္း ေသခ်ာမေျပာႏိုင္လို့  ခုတ္ရာတစ္ျခား ရွရာတစ္ျခားျဖစ္ၿပီး ရမ္းကုလုပ္ေပးရတာပါ ။

             ထိုျပႆနာကို ေျဖရွင္းရန္ Microsoft သည္ Windows 7 မွစ၍ Problem Steps Recorder ဆိုတဲ့ အရမ္းအရမ္းကို  ပက္ပက္စက္စက္ အသံုးဝင္တဲ့ Tool တစ္ခုကို ထည့္ေပးထားပါတယ္။

              PSR သည္  Application တစ္ခုေၾကာင့္ Error တက္တာ Crashed ျဖစ္တာစသည္တို႔ကို User တစ္ေယာက္သံုးေနရင္းနဲ႔ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္ခဲ့လို့  ဘယ္လုိျဖစ္လာလည္းဆိုတာကို Step-by-step အဆင့္တိုင္းက  Information မွန္သမွ်ကို Record လုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။

              PSR ကို ဖြင့္ဖို႔အတြက္ Windows 7 Start Menu မွာ ပံုတြင္ျပထားသကဲ့သို႔ ဖြင့္ၿပီး ေခၚႏိုင္ပါသည္။


           ထို႔ေနာက္ PSR ပြင့္လာတာနဲ႔ Start Record ဆိုတာလုပ္ၿပီး စမွတ္ႏိုင္ပါၿပီ။

              သို့ေသာ္ PSR သည္ မိမိရိုက္လိုက္တဲ့ Text မွန္သမွ်ကို Record လုပ္ျခင္းမရွိတဲ့အတြက္ အဆင့္တစ္ခုမွာ ေမးစရာ၊ ေျပာစရာတစ္ခုခုရွိပါက ပံုမွာေတြ႕ရသလို Add Comment ကိုႏွိပ္ၿပီး ေျပာခ်င္တာကို ထည့္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

                ၿပီးဆံုးပါက Stop Record လုပ္တာနဲ႔ ဘယ္မွာသိမ္းထားခ်င္လည္း Windows ေပၚလာပါမယ္။ PSR သည္ သိမ္းရင္ Zip File အေနနဲ႔သိမ္းထားပါသည္။

                 သိမ္းထားတဲ့ PSR ကိုဖြင့္ၾကည့္ပါက ပထမဆံုး Unzip လုပ္လိုက္တာနဲ႔ MHTML ဆိုတဲ့ Web Page Archive File တစ္ခုထြက္လာပါမယ္။ ထိုဖိုင္လ္ကို Internet Explorer ႏွင့္ Firefox တြင္ဖြင့္ၿပီးပါက ေအာက္မွာျပထားသကဲ့သို႔ Web Page တစ္ခုေတြ႕ရပါမယ္။

                    ထို႔ေနာက္ Slide show ဆိုတာႏွိပ္ၿပီး ျပန္ၾကည့္ႏိုင္ပါၿပီ။
                  ထို Zip File ကို IT Technician ကို ေမးႏိုင္ပါၿပီ။

Here's How:

1. Click on the Start button.
   
2. Type the following command in the search box and then hit the Enter key.
   

   psr
   

   Problem Steps Recorder will start.
   Note: It's a small, rectangular program (as shown in the screenshot above) and it often appears near the top of the screen. Depending on what windows you already have open, it could be easy to miss.
   
3. Close any open windows other than Problem Steps Recorder.
   Problem Steps Recorder will make screenshots of what's on your computer screen and include those in the recording you save and then send off for support. Unrelated open programs in the screenshots could be distracting.
   
4. Before you start the recording, think about the process involved in producing whatever issue you're trying to demonstrate.
   For example, if you're seeing an error message when saving a new Microsoft Word document, you would want to make sure you're ready to open Word, type a few words, navigate to the menu, save the document, and then, hopefully, see the error message pop up on the screen.
   In other words, you should be prepared to properly reproduce whatever problem you're seeing so Problem Steps Recorder can catch it in action.
   
5. Click the Start Record button in Problem Steps Recorder.
   Problem Steps Recorder will now log information and take a screenshot every time you complete an action, like a mouse click, program opening or closing, etc.
   Note: You can tell when Problem Steps Recorder is recording when the Start Record button changes to a Pause Record button and the title bar flashes Recording Now.
   
6. Complete whatever steps necessary to show the problem you're having.
   Note: If you need to pause the recording for some reason, click the Pause Record button. Click Resume Record to restart the recording.
   Tip: During a recording, you can also click the Add Comment button to highlight a section of your screen and manually add a comment. This is really useful if you'd like to point out something specific that's occurring on screen to the person who's helping you out.
   
7. Click the Stop Record button in Problem Steps Recorder to stop recording your actions.
   
8. In the File name: textbox on the Save As window that appears, give a name to this recording and then click the Save button.
   A single ZIP file containing all of the information recorded by Problem Steps Recorder will be created and saved to your Desktop, unless you chose a different location.
   
9. You can now close Problem Steps Recorder.
   
10. The only thing left to do is get the file you saved in Step 8 to the person or group helping you out with your problem.
    Depending on who's helping you (and what kind of problem you're having right now) options for getting the Problem Steps Recorder file to someone might include:
    
    • Attaching the file to an email and sending it to tech support, your computer expert friend, etc.
    • Copying the file to a network share or flash drive.
    • Attaching the file to a forum post and asking for help. (Feel free to do that right here at the free PC Support Forum.)

Tips:

1. If you're planning a complicated or lengthy recording (specifically, more than 25 mouse clicks or keyboard actions) consider increasing the number of screenshots that Problem Steps Recorder will capture.
   You can do this by clicking on the down arrow next to the question mark in Problem Steps Recorder. Click on Settings... and change Number of recent screen captures to store: from 25 to a number no greater than 100.
   
2. Unfortunately, Problem Steps Recorder is not available in operating systems prior to Windows 7. This of course includes Windows Vista and Windows XP.
   

                       တစ္ကယ္ေတာ့္ ဒါဟာ Program တစ္ခုကို windows စတက္တက္ျခင္း မွာ Auto Run ေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းသာျဖစ္ပါတယ္.......Firefox ကို windows စတက္တက္ျခင္းမွာ Run ေအာင္ျပဳလုပ္ထားျခင္းျဖစ္ ဒီေကာင္ၾကီး ရဲ့ ဂ်စ္ကန္ကန္ လုပ္ျခင္းမွ ကင္းေ၀းသြားမွာပါ.....


                       ေအာက္မွာေတာ့္ Calculator ကို Auto Run ေအာင္ ျပဳလုပ္ပံုကို ဥပမာ ျပထားပါတယ္........







1......Start Menu ထဲ ၀င္ျပီး Calculator ကို Desktop ေပး shortcut လုပ္လိုက္ပါ......




2.....Start Menu ထဲက Startup Folder ကိုဖြင့္လိုက္ပါ......




3......ခုနက Shortcut ကို ဖြင့္ထားတဲ့ Startup Folder ထဲ drag ဆြဲျပီး ထည့္လိုက္ပါ......
4......ဒါဆိုရင္ window စျပန္တက္ရင္ Calculator က auto ပြင့္လာပါမယ္.....
5.....Firefox ကိုလည္းဒါမ်ိဳးလုပ္ပါ.....
6.....Auto မ Run ခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့္ အဲဒီ Shortcut ကို Delete လုပ္ပါ.....

                   Windows 7 မွာ Gif animation ပံုေတြ လႈပ္ရွားမႈ မျပႏိုင္ပါဘူး....
photo viewer ကကို support မရိွတဲ႔အတြက္ ပါပဲ...

                  ဒါေၾကာင့္ Third Party Software ကိုပဲသံုးပါမယ္...တစ္ျခားနည္းလည္းရွိပါတယ္....Browser တစ္ခုခု ႏွင့္ ဖြင့္လည္းရပါတယ္......

                 irfanview ဟာ အလြန္ အသံုး၀င္ပါတယ္....video ဖိုင္ေတြပါ ျပေပးႏိုင္လို႔ movie player အျဖစ္ေတာင္ သံုးလို႔ရတယ္။ သူအလုပ္လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္တဲ႔ file types ေတြကေတာ့္ ေအာက္ မွာဝကည့္လိုက္ပါ....

1.. Google Chrome Icon ေပၚတြင္ R Click>Properties>Shotcut

2.. Target မွာ .exe ေနာက္မွာ  -in-process-plugins   ကိုျဖည့္ေရးေပးပါ..


4. Now start Google Chrome.

ေအာက္က Reg ေလးန့ဲ Install
လုပ္ျပီး Run လိုက္ရင္ Right Click Menu ထဲကိုေရာက္သြားပါ့မယ္။ Take Ownership လုပ္တဲ့အခါ Right Click ႏွိပ္ျပီး Run လိုက္ယံုပါဘဲ။

 Windows 7 Tham လွလွေလး တစ္ခုပါ....
