Dallas Woman Arrested After Turning Her 6-Year-Old Daughter into a Porn Director

A 24-year-old woman from Dallas may be facing some serious jail time after making her 6 year-old daughter record her engaging in group sex.

A Dallas woman is accused of forcing her 6-year-old daughter to record her having group sex repeatedly in recent months, according to police documents.

The 24-year-old woman was in the Dallas County Jail on Monday on a third-degree felony charge of indecency with a child, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Her bail was set at $50,000.

The names of the woman and her daughter are being withheld because The Dallas Morning News typically does not identify victims of sexual crimes. Identifying the mother might inadvertently lead to identification of the daughter.

A tip lead police on Saturday to a northwest Dallas apartment, where the mother lives. Officers arrived at the complex near Harry Hines Boulevard and Walnut Hill Lane about 5:15 p.m. and were told that the woman had forced her daughter to film her having sex with several men at the same time.

In an interview at the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, the girl “detailed filming and taking photographs” of her mother engaged in sexual acts with men, the documents said.

In an interview at Jack Evans Police Headquarters, the mother admitted to having her daughter record her having sex with men.

The woman “explained that there were three separate incidents involving six men” that her daughter recorded, the documents said. The encounters dated from March to this month, according to police.

The mother added that “it was her idea to have [her daughter] make the recordings with a cellphone video recorder,” the documents said.

A public defender listed as the attorney of record for the mother did not return a call seeking comment.

It is unclear if the identities of the men involved are known. Dallas police officials declined to comment Monday because the investigation is ongoing.

Child Protective Services placed the child in foster care and is conducting its own investigation. The girl is physically OK, CPS spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said.

This is at least the second time the agency has had contact with the mother. She was also investigated around the time her daughter was born because of concerns that the woman may have been using drugs, Gonzales said.

Neither the mother nor the baby tested positive for any drugs and that case was closed in 2004, Gonzales said.

Lawyer Says the Consensual Relationship was Carried Out on the Nurse's "Own Personal Time".

OKLAHOMA CITY - Amber Van Brunt, a 33-year-old nurse who worked in an Oklahoma hospice program, is being banned from the profession for 20 years after she allegedly had sex with a married terminally ill-patient at his home.

A hearing is set for Wednesday to consider an appeal filed by Van Brunt, who calls the discipline a "miscarriage of justice," according to The Oklahoman.

Van Brunt, of Shawnee, located east of Oklahoma City, worked in a program at Angelic Family Hospice that provided nursing care for patients at their homes.

The patient, who attempted suicide in March, two days after Van Brunt told him in a text message that she was pregnant by another man, died in May.

According to Van Brunt's attorney, she had a consensual relationship with the patient - a 43-year-old terminally ill man suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, known as ALS or Lou Gehrig's Disease.

The lawyer said that relationship was carried out on the nurse's "own personal time" while she was visiting as a friend, not while she was on duty caring for him.

The nursing board responded that it doesn't matter when it happened, although saying there is evidence of sexual contact during nursing visits.

"The nurse is the professional in this situation. It is the responsibility of the professional to say no to the vulnerable patient," the board's attorney told Oklahoma County District Judge Patricia Parrish. "The rules ...do not mean simply while you are on shift; they mean during the entire time ...you are assigned to the care of that patient, whether that is six days in the hospital or six months in hospice care or six years in a nursing home."

Dad sexually abused daughter for 10 years

 

 

An odd-job worker in Singapore has been convicted of raping and sexually abusing his daughter over a period of 10 years, beginning when she was only six years old.

The 35-year-old man was found guilty of all five charges he was on trial for - three of rape and one charge each of oral sex and molestation between 1999 and last year.

He denied all the charges, claiming that the teenager, the eldest of his three children, had cooked up the allegations.

Neither can be named to protect the identity of the girl, now 17 years old.

The abuse began in 1999, when her father made her perform oral sex on him. She was only six then.

A year later, he raped her twice in the living room of their rented two-room flat.

Man killed for having sex with donkey

A 68-year-old man's throat was slit by a farmer in Portugal when he found out that the man had sex with his donkey.

Jose Gomes Pinto, 55, slashed the throat of Jaime Pires with a razor after discovering he had sexually violated his favourite donkey named Russo.

Pires was found dead in a pool of blood in Portugal's Proenca-a-Velha village, The Sun reported.

Known to have had sex regularly with farm animals, Pires started sleeping with them 12 years ago, media reports said.

Mayor Francisco Silva said the killing was "sad and regrettable".

Clinton and Obama tell gay teenagers 'life will get better'

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton posted a video on YouTube on Tuesday. But her message wasn't intended for heads of state, diplomats or monarchs. It was for troubled gay teenagers.

"Take heart, and have hope, and please remember that your life is valuable, and that you are not alone," Mrs Clinton says seriously, looking squarely at the camera.

"Many people are standing with you and sending you their thoughts, their prayers and their strength. Count me among them."

On Friday, President Obama followed suit, releasing a message from the White House urging Americans to "dispel the myth that bullying is just a normal rite of passage...it's not."

"I don't know what it's like to be picked on for being gay. But I do know what it's like to grow up feeling that sometimes you don't belong," Mr Obama says. "With time you're going to see that your differences are a source of pride and a source of strength."

These videos are the latest high-profile contributions to the fast-growing It Gets Better YouTube channel, a project started by Seattle-based sex columnist and author Dan Savage to provide hope and support to vulnerable and possibly suicidal gay teenagers.

In the past few months, at least seven American teenagers have taken their own lives after being bullied and harassed by homophobic peers.

That list includes 18-year-old Rutgers University student Tyler Clementi, who jumped to his death off the George Washington Bridge outside New York after fellow students allegedly broadcast a video of him having sex with a man on the internet.

Savage, who writes the widely-read, syndicated column Savage Love, had been mourning the death of Billy Lucas, a 15-year-old student who hanged himself in his grandmother's barn after being intensely bullied at his small-town school.

Kids at Billy Lucas's school called him a "fag" - a common taunt - and told him to kill himself.

Savage recalls wishing he had been able to talk to Billy Lucas and tell him not to harm himself because once you have survived the high school bullies, life gets so much better.

But, Savage told the BBC, he thought he would never get permission from a school or a church or even the parents of teenagers to talk openly to young people about being a happy gay man.

"It occurred to me that I didn't need permission any more," Mr Savage said. "I could upload a video and speak directly to these kids, and tell them before they commit suicide that it gets better."

Savage created the YouTube channel four weeks ago, uploaded the first video and used his column to encourage others to tell their stories.

He describes his campaign as somewhat subversive, going over the heads of parents, teachers and school administrators to talk directly to young people.

"We're not going to let accusations of recruiting children or brainwashing children or being sexually interested in children stop us any more. Lives are at stake," Savage told the BBC.

He had convinced his media-shy husband Terry - who had been brutally bullied as a teen - to appear with him. The couple share their stories, talking about the difficulties of their youth, the joys of their adult lives and urging teenagers to stick it out because life gets better.

"We were worried that we were maybe going to get three or four videos and look a little foolish," Savage confessed.

But his video soon went viral, and within weeks, more than 2,000 videos of people pouring their hearts out were uploaded from across the country and the world. The videos have been viewed more than 10 million times.

Savage is both surprised and proud of the response, adding that many of the videos have brought him to tears.

Young people and old, Mormons, Muslims and Jehovah's Witnesses, have all contributed.

One of the earliest videos posted is from Kitty in London, who admits to having harmed herself when she was younger. She wishes there had been a project like this when she was growing up in a small town.

Although Mr Savage didn't seek celebrity endorsements, numerous stars, including Neil Patrick Harris, Zachary Quinto and Chris Colfer from Glee, have recorded their own videos.

In a deeply emotional video, Project Runway style adviser Tim Gunn reveals that he tried to commit suicide at age 17.

The most watched video is of a city councillor from Texas, Joel Burns, who uploaded a moving video of an anti-bullying speech he gave during a recent city council meeting.
